This is a major new release with many new features:
RTOS-aware debugging (supporting Segger embOS, FreeRTOS, and ThreadX)
A bridge to Micrium uc/Probe, enabling uC/OS-III RTOS-aware debugging using this 3rd party tool.
A new integrated Git version control system client.
SVN version control client updated to SVN v1.7
Support for dual-core debugging
Support for ARM® Cortex™-A class processors
Supports approximately 250 new ARM Cortex devices. For example Freescale Cortex-M0+ devices, Freescale Vybrid devices (dual-core, Cortex-A5 and Cortex-M4), STMicroelectronics STM32F3 devices, Toshiba Cortex-M0 devices, many new Fujitsu FM3 devices and Infineon XMC4400 series are now supported. Atollic TrueSTUDIO now supports approximately 1100 ARM devices.
Managed mode projects are now relinked if the linker script file is modified or if any reference (e.g. library) is updated
It is easier to find and download free example projects from Atollic TrueSTORE. The TrueSTORE example projects are now also accessible through a proxy server.
