Hard Drive slows down when it stays on for more than a day?

My computer wont boot! After the dell screen, it's just black. No cursor or nothing. Right before that happened there were a bunch of viruses on it. Did it crash?? And is there any hope for my files? Oh and if it helps it's a Dimension 2350 with Windows XP home unlock iphone 3g (You can see links before reply)

Yes you can do something of course if you know something about computer hardware especially about hard disk, if you know so you are lucky man now you must unplug your hard disk and connect it to another computer that have antiviruses so you must clean the viruses and then you can pick your files from your hard disk then you must back the hard to your computer and after format it you must install a fresh copy of windows on your computer.

it may be because of graphic card or hard drive problems.
